Letter Written 5-21-93 to Bishop Grahmann regarding Rudy Kos.

The letter linked below was found on 1-30-05 and had been totally forgotten about by me. I had written it to Bishop Grahmann in May of 1993 as Administrator over Catholic Counseling Services in Dallas.  I only knew of the abuse in Ennis at that time and, since the abuse allegations had been made public, only knew what the general public then knew about the Rudy Kos history of molestation. Due to my background as supervisor of an abuse investigations unit I knew that the publicly known evidence was more than adequate to indicate he was guilty of molesting many. The history in Irving and All Saints was not more fully made public till the liability trial years later. 

I never heard back from Bishop Grahmann after writing this letter, linked below.
